These terms govern the use of the ISTATION website operated by PITE COMPANY, including company and service information, links to related services, and the inquiry form. A linked service may have its own terms.

Visitors may read service information and submit inquiries. Users must provide accurate information and must not impersonate others, send spam, disrupt the site, or infringe the rights of others.

1. Controller and contact
PITE COMPANY operates the ISTATION inquiry service. Its customer support team handles privacy requests at admin@pite.co.kr or +82 1833-9770.
2. Information and purposes
- Required input: name, email address, inquiry message, and privacy consent. Optional input: company and area of interest.
- Generated or collected during submission: time, language, page URL, IP address, browser information, and inquiry status. The site's visit statistics script may process page views and connection information.
- Email verification: hashed code, request and expiry times, verification attempts, and connection information used to prevent abuse. Codes are valid for 10 minutes; the verified submission token is valid for 30 minutes.
We use this information to verify email addresses, register and answer inquiries, notify administrators, secure the service, and prevent spam.
3. Retention and deletion
Inquiry information is deleted promptly after the response and any follow-up are complete, unless retention is required by law or reasonably needed for a dispute. Verification records are kept to prevent abuse and deleted on the next verification request after two days have passed. Electronic records are deleted in a way that makes recovery difficult.
4. Email delivery and disclosure
Google Workspace is used to deliver verification emails and administrator notifications. Authorized administrators can view registered inquiries, and a notification is sent to admin@pite.co.kr. Personal information is not otherwise provided to third parties unless required by law or with the user's consent.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing through the contact details above. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law.
